	Executive Pastry Chef April Conwell won a Gold Medal for her Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse Cake. The chocolate mousse is infused with Earl Grey tea between two layers of dark chocolate cake, coated in ganache and garnished with white chocolate shavings.
	Chef Dean Kronauer of Palace Buffet won a Gold Medal for his Wild Game entry of Alligator Sauce Piquant.
	Sous Chef Glenn Clark took the Bronze Medal with his tropical beef tenderloin served with a raspberry reduction sauce.
