This position is very computer application intensive, efficiency in Word and Excel is an absolute must. Must be guest service oriented and capable of dealing with guests /associates of all personality types while remaining positive and helpful. Must be 21 years of age and have the ability to acquire a Gaming Permit. Public speaking skills a plus. Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality. Proficient with ADP a plus.
Assist HR Management in all clerical aspects including answering phone calls, assisting applicants at front window, data entry, maintaining filing system, uniform disbursement, inventory management, orientation classes, associate event planning and spreadsheet creation. This person will also traffic insurance benefit forms, set up Gaming appointments plus any other duty or project assigned by management. Ideal candidate would be able to multitask all of the above everyday duties while staying on top of weekly/monthly deadlines.
Educational Requirements: College preferred. A minimum of one year clerical experience.
