The Manager responsibility for daily operation and financial performance of Contact sports lounge. Position oversees sports related program scheduling, promotions, events and musical entertainment in this venue. It requires verifiable history of establishing objectives and accomplishing tasks on schedule in this type of position. Position requires a proven ability to manage staff to ensure superior service.
- Hire, train and develop a well informed and service oriented team.
- Develop and support an event calendar that involves all major sporting events.
- Research, book and produce contract documentation for musical entertainment
- Develop, maintain and assure follow through of a video monitor management program.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of sound and light equipment
- Work closely with marketing department to promote the venue and assure guests are kept informed of upcoming events and entertainment.
- Supervise events and entertainment hosted in the venue to ensure proper execution and service.
- Establish and manage event support relationships with beverage suppliers.
- Evaluate financial results of the venue and related events and entertainment
- Regularly Review and Manage Facility Upkeep
Requirements:

- Night Club or Large Scale Lounge Beverage Operation
