Preserve Golf Club – Assistant Equipment Manager - Apply
Under the direction of the equipment manager and/or the assistant golf course superintendent, the assistant equipment manager assists and/or works independently of the equipment manager in the repairing and maintenance of various gasoline- and diesel-powered golf course maintenance equipment.
Security Officer - Apply
Security Officers are needed to help insure the safety and security of resort guests and associates as well as maintain integrity of the property. Applicant must be able to stand for 8 hours and be able to follow procedures set forth by our Internal Controls. Applicant should be able to remain calm in any situation and exhibit professionalism at all times. Applicant must be at least 21 years old and be able to obtain a MS Gaming permit.

Associates receive two complete uniforms free of charge and a third uniform after successful completion of their 90-day probationary period. Fresh uniforms are available (if needed) every 6 months at no cost to the associate.
Associates receive free meals during their shift.
Full time associates are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
Full time Associates who have worked at least one year at the Palace Casino Resort by the enrollment deadline date and are at least 21 years of age are eligible to enroll in the 401k program. Palace Casino Resort will match 100% of your contribution up to the first 4% you contribute on a per pay period basis.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
A full time Associate may apply for tuition reimbursement. The area of study must directly relate to the Associate’s current job duties in order to be considered for the program. We ask that the Associate get prior approval before starting classes. If approved, the Associate will be expected to present receipts from all purchases made to complete approved courses. Palace Casino Resort proudly gives 100% reimbursement for all A letter grades received and 80% for all B letter grades received. The Associate must be employed with the Palace Casino Resort at time of reimbursement.
Associate Referral Program
Applicants must put the name of the Associate that refers them for a job on their application for the Associate to qualify. If that Applicant is hired and completes the 90-day probationary period, the Associate that referred them will be issued a $50 check. Management is not eligible to participate.
Palace Associates may park in the lots shaded on this map. If parking in the garage you are required to park on the 5th Floor. Associates are to enter at the loading dock or the new associate entrance at the buffet loading dock.

The Associate’s first priority is to make sure that the Palace provides a safe environment for our guests as well as other Associates. If an Associate sees a potentially dangerous situation in which someone may get hurt (loose railing, torn carpet etc.) they are to complete a Safety Hazard Report. If the Safety Committee deems the situation to be dangerous, and if the Associate is the first to report it, then that Associate will receive a $25 check.
Family and Medical Leave Act
Eligible Palace Casino Resort employees can take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave in a 12-month period for certain qualifying reasons.
