Grounds Crew ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to work with Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and crew, dedicated and committed to provide the best course conditions on a daily basis.
Operates powered equipment in mowing specified golf course areas including: putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and native areas.
Lays sod.
Performs routine bunker maintenance such as raking and washout repair after rain events.
Performs a variety of labor duties including: Sting trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, filling divots, drainage projects, and fly-mowing.
Maintains coolers, course signage, bathrooms, trashcans, course roping, flags, cups, and tee markers.
Operates mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials.
Participate as support staff on any special projects.
Report any and all abnormalities on the golf course such as damage disease, insects, debris, etc.
Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Golf Maintenance facility.
Irrigation maintenance and repair
Grounds crew members will be given increased responsibilities and successful completion of task and a willingness to learn more.
Pay based on experience. 9.00/hr + .50 incentive.

Additional Information

40 hours a week plus work every other weekend. Shift starts at 6:00 AM and shift ends at various times throughout the week. 6:00 0 4:30 on Monday 6:00 – 2:30 on Tuesday – Thursday 6:00 – 12:00 om Friday 6:00 – 12:00 on scheduled work weekend
