Provide operational and technical support services for Palace Casino Resort’s and Preserve Golf Club’s computer users. Perform or assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT related systems throughout the property. Analyze, research, and provide system and software problem-solving solutions and support to end users. Provide scheduled on-call support for after-hours Support Center issues.

Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the casino's IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support new technologies and systems. • Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches to mitigate risks. • Provide technical support to casino staff and end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner. • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and trends. • Assist with implementation and maintenance of custom casino applications as necessary. Job Requirements: • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Must be able to secure a MS Gaming Badge. • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology discipline or a comparable level of experience preferred. • An Industry certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are required. • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field, preferably in a casino or gaming environment. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, VB or C# a plus. • Experience with casino-specific systems (e.g., player tracking, slot management) is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices. • Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server. • Must have exceptional customer service, communication, and phone etiquette skills. • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively multi-task. • Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds.
