Biloxi, Miss. – Palace Casino Resort is honored to be the recipient of three TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence awards for 2019. TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, awarded Certificates of Excellence for Palace Buffet, STACKED Grill and the overall Palace Casino Resort.
“These TripAdvisor awards are evidence of our associate’s outstanding guest service. We see it in the consistently positive reviews on TripAdvisor,” stated General Manager, Keith Crosby.
TripAdvisor’s Certificates of Excellence are given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing ten percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last twelve months.
