Responsible Gaming
WINNERS KNOW WHEN TO QUIT
We care about our guests and want to make sure that their casino experience is entertaining and enjoyable. Unfortunately, sometimes the game can get out of hand. If you or someone you care about has a problem with gambling, help is available.
Compulsive gaming is a progressive, invasive condition in which a person feels unable to control his or her need to gamble. Compulsive gambling can occur in both men and women of any and all social, education, age, ethnic or religious group.
Palace Casino Resort hopes the self-limitation information listed below is helpful to those who need assistance. We sincerely care.
SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM
To self-exclude, go to the Mississippi Gaming Commission online sign-up program at www.msgamingcommission.com and click under Links-Compulsive and Problem Gaming.

Direct mail will stop following the receipt of your request. Sometimes direct mail is sent in advance, but it will stop.
Your name will remain on the self-exclusion list, and you will be excluded from casino gaming destinations at all gaming establishments licensed by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the period specified on your request but not less than three (3) years.
