Palace Casino Resort has been designated as an American Automobile Association (AAA) “Best of Housekeeping” resort property for 2022. This prestigious recognition places the resort in the top 25 percent of all AAA inspected and approved hotels. The resort hotel received it’s first “Best of Housekeeping” certification from AAA in 2020.
As a Four Diamond rated hotel by AAA, Palace Casino Resort must meet expected standards of cleanliness and condition. However, the “Best of Housekeeping” designation is exclusively awarded to properties that “significantly surpass expectations, as measured during a comprehensive, on-site inspection.” The Palace Casino Resort hotel received the highest possible cleanliness and condition scores for two consecutive inspections, as well as, being entirely complaint free from AAA members.
The hotel maintains strict protocols for cleaning and sanitizing between guest stays. Daily housekeeping services are still suspended during guest stays to protect health and safety of guests, as well as associates.
Palace Casino Resort’s commitment to cleanliness extends beyond the hotel guest rooms. The resort is Biloxi’s only smoke free casino and hotel resort. Additionally, the casino closes every day from 3AM to 8AM for cleaning and sanitizing.
